Nannette Musgrave has worked in the areas of pharmaceuticals for decades, founding a start-up for strategic analysis software and serving as CEO, consulting with generic pharmaceutical companies for drug entry selection and advising on nuclear medicine business acquisitions. She worked for several large pharmaceutical companies in the areas of sales, product management, marketing and strategic planning and forecasting. Under her leadership, a novel pharmaceutical strategic software company has been founded, new pharmaceutical products have been launched and companies have selected and manufactured novel radiopharmaceuticals not previously available from US sources.
Jason has 10+ Years in enterprise sales and business development while representing IT and Management consulting companies ranging from 10 employees to publicly traded firms. He has experience in Healthcare, Finance, Gas & Electric Utilities & Technology sectors and a track record of consistently generating double digit year-over-year growth within his account base. In this capacity he has worked with engineers and developers, very technical people, empowering them to become great at sales (even when they have difficulty saying the word ‘sales’ without soughing.)
Bill, a former institutional investor and technology analyst (Citigroup, Lehman Brothers), has also led several functions of an S&P 500 company including Investor Relations, Public/Media Relations, Marketing Communications and Employee & Executive communications, and served as HR Chief of Staff. Adept at developing compelling and audience-appropriate messaging and pitches from complex concepts, Bill is happy to help in any area within his expertise.
Mr. Kepler has more than thirty years of experience as an Intellectual Property Attorney counseling small and large businesses, startups and maturing businesses in patent, trade mark, copyright, trade secret and technology law matters. He has provided guidance, risk, and compliance counseling with a focus on intangible asset management. Within that focus he targets advice relating to innovation as it travels through the Innovation ARC™ for products and services. He has provided expertise and follow through from creation, protection, value extraction and enforcement of intangible assets and their management involving but not limited to product development, branding, technology transfer and collaborations.
