Understanding and engaging your customers early and often in the product design process will increase your probability of success. The customer discovery process includes: problem/need identification, creating a solution hypothesis, testing that idea with potential customers, and determining the capacity/willingness of potential customers to pay for a solution to the identified problem. Product modifications based on these key learnings will help you go to market with a refined target customer profile that aligns the value of your product with customer willingness to buy at a profitable price. Join us for a discussion of this important process and what entrepreneurs at this critical early stage have learned.
