4:00 – 4:50pm – Getting Your First Customers: How to Identify, Engage, and Learn from Early Adopters

Led by Matt Kamp and Gv Freeman

As a new startup founder have you ever been told to “go talk to potential customers” and thought, “I’d love to, know any?”. At the beginning of a startup journey, it is important that founders get outside the circle of those who are only focused on encouraging them and really explore the problem they are trying to solve by talking to those who have it. But sometimes it’s hard to know how to start. Led by ITEN Mentors and serial entrepreneurs, Matt Kamp and Gv Freeman, this session will teach you tips, tricks and best practices when it comes finding these potential early adopters, connecting with them effectively, and turning that knowledge into a strong product offering.
