Participation in this program gives you a unique opportunity to work with a world-class group of mentors who have a great depth of knowledge and experience. These top technology mentors will help you determine the best technical solution for building your site, software, or platform. They'll help put you on the road to success by pointing out the most elegant and efficient technology strategy for your venture.
This program is targeted at ITEN ventures at two different stages of development and with two different sets of needs:
- This program is targeted at companies just getting started who want the experienced advice of tech experts about the right strategy for building the IT side of their business. Company founders will benefit from the mentors' confirmation of, or challenge to, their proposed technology strategy. It will help them determine which skillsets the early technology hires or the outside contractors must have in order to grow the company in the most cost-effective and scalable way so the end result supports the company's mission.
- The program is also designed to benefit ventures that have already built their site, their software, or committed to a platform strategy, but have run into roadblocks or capacity constraints, or unexpected business challenges that require a technology change of direction. The mentor group will provide their expert ideas and suggestions for how to best and most elegantly overcome the challenges that have arisen, and successfully embark on a revised strategy that will give the desired capabilities and results.
Because of the level of discussion and specificity of the mentors' insights, it is imperative that the company's key technology person and chief decision-maker are both present for the mentoring session. For a very early stage venture, these may be the same person.
The Technology and Architecture mentors meet once per month. Advance application to the program is required. Once we receive your application we will contact to for clarifications or to schedule your session. Pre-revenue stage companies must first complete the Business Model Validation program before enrolling in the Technology and Architecture program
