Job Description:	CMIT Solutions is the premier IT services franchise in the US. Our goal is to be the preferred IT business partner of small to medium sized businesses by providing a range of services and solutions – from installation, system maintenance and support to disaster recovery and training. We are currently seeking knowledgeable Network Technicians to help us support and develop clients in the Clayton and surrounding areas. Responsibilities will be to assess, support, design, install, troubleshoot and maintain client Microsoft based environments.
Preferred Skills:	Required Experience • A self-starter with proven computer and networking capabilities • 3-5+ years assessing, designing and maintaining client networks • Strong knowledge of WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Routers, Switches and troubleshooting these devices • Strong knowledge of PC/server hardware and software • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, SQL and Sharepoint • Experience using Microsoft Office Required Skills • Excellent people skills • Great customer-facing presence • Good verbal and written communication skills • Excellent trouble-shooting skills • Ability to project a positive service attitude • Ability to develop rapport and present and promote products and services to potential clients/partners • Ability to assess technology needs/requirements and develop a solution to meet them Other Requirements • Industry certifications a plus, but not a requirement for this position • Must be willing to commute to Clayton, MO and surrounding area • Must read and understand all company marketing and promotional materials as they relate to the sales of the company's services and products.
