Job Description:	We are currently looking for an exceptional database developer to join our team and develop SaaS applications both autonomously and integrated into a proprietary content management system. The successful candidate will have: · Energy, excitement and a passion for inventing new web solutions · Experience developing Saas multi-tenant applications within a LAMP stack · Demonstrated experience with databases, SQL and Java server technologies · Bachelors or Higher Degree in Computer Science · Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred Skills:	Specific Skills / Experience Required · 2-4 years of database application development experience. · Experience analyzing requirements and designs within distributed/multi-tiered SaaS applications. · Designing and building dynamic database applications · Solid understanding of relational database modeling and design · Designing, developing and coding complex business logic components in JAVA deploying in enterprise JAVA Bean technology. · Experience using: Java 5+, JSP, Servlet, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, XML, SOAP, REST, SQL, UNIX/Linux, PERL, php, Some level of experience in: · Packaging and deploying SaaS J2EE applications · Solid understanding of HTTP and web-based authentication and authorization concepts · Strong knowledge of OO concepts and commonly used Design Patterns · Using software development IDE tools, such as RAD, Eclipse, or Servoy Nice to Have · Experience using lean/Agile methodologies (including Test Driven Development); supporting legal/regulatory compliance (ISO, SOX, or JCAHO); and application security solutions. · Strong leadership skills and database administration experience · Flash/Flex, Drupal, wordpress, and OpenSource experience a plus · Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Visio, and Outlook · Experience with VBA, .NET, and MS-Office integration · Experience with leading application servers (WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss) · Working knowledge of RMI and JMX Benefits: Your success is enhanced by an extensive benefits package including paid time off, 401-K, medical benefits, parking, training, and future growth opportunities within the company.
