Job Description:	The concept and indeed, the format of the program exists. It needs to be taken to the "next level" so that it can be presented to Board Room-level clients and implemented. Without getting into the "why" of it all, here's a description of the "what": A database populated with: details of a large number of key components within a petrochemical complex detailed assembly instructions based on assigned risk specialized equipment details historical intervention details and much, much more. The data is to be accessed at workstations as well as in the field, the latter with Windows CE devices RFID asset tracking With that said, the following is required: database (Access) normalization query optimization front end gui development (browser based?) Win Mobile 5.0 interface design Full integration with each client's enterprise system
